According to PT Asia Mas Realty, the developer, the success of Phase 1 and the high enthusiasm among buyers stem from the project’s unique concept and the full flexibility offered to owners. Buyers are free to choose their own architectural style and design, select a preferred payment scheme, and even begin construction while the plot is still under installment.
