Ayam Guling Enakko has officially appointed two national public figures, Ade Rai and Hans, as brand ambassadors in an effort to strengthen the brand’s image as a healthy and high-quality product. The collaboration was announced during the opening of Enakko’s 8th outlet, located on Jalan Ahmad Yani, North Denpasar, on Saturday (Aug 9).
The presence of Ade Rai, a national fitness icon, and Hans, an inspiring young figure, marks Enakko’s commitment to promoting healthy living without sacrificing taste. Ayam Guling Enakko offers a culinary solution for those who want to enjoy delicious meals while maintaining a balanced nutritional intake.
Ade Rai highlighted the importance of paying attention to the quality of food consumed daily. According to him, many Indonesians still lack protein intake while consuming excessive amounts of carbohydrates and processed fats.
“When we talk about health, the quality of our body depends greatly on what we put into our mouths. Unfortunately, our society often consumes more carbohydrates and processed fats, while protein intake is very low,” he said.
Protein, whether animal-based or plant-based, plays a vital role in building and maintaining body structure. He praised Enakko’s initiative in offering roasted chicken as a quality protein source, served in an appealing way and at an affordable price. He also noted that Enakko’s choice of basmati rice was spot-on, as it is high in fiber and does not cause spikes in blood sugar levels.
Furthermore, Ade Rai emphasized that the main challenge in people’s diets is not just the food itself, but also a lack of physical activity and a misguided mindset about health.
“Our health problems are multifactorial. It’s not only about eating too many carbohydrates, but also about lack of movement, stress, and poor sleep patterns. A healthy lifestyle approach must include three aspects: chemical (what we eat), mechanical (physical activity), and emotional (thoughts and breathing),” he stressed.
He hopes Ayam Guling Enakko can become a pleasant alternative for people to increase their protein intake.
“When we eat protein, we stay full longer. It also reduces snacking habits. This is a simple yet effective way to regulate eating patterns,” he explained.
Meanwhile, Hans shared his perspective on young people’s eating habits, which he believes are often unbalanced. He stressed the importance of prioritizing protein intake and exercising regularly. Exercising at a young age, he said, brings numerous benefits.
“Besides health, the bonus is having a great-looking body—who wouldn’t want that?” he said with a smile. “Young people sometimes don’t listen when given too much advice. Just say they’ll have a great body, and they’ll be interested on their own,” he added.
Agus Sujanto, Deputy Head of the Central Management of Ayam Guling Enakko, stated that Ade Rai was chosen due to their shared vision of educating the public about healthy living. He emphasized that Ade Rai’s diet aligns with Enakko’s mission to create food that promotes public health.
He outlined three core principles: instilling positive values, encouraging activation, and turning them into resources that can be shared with the community. These values will continue to be elaborated, strengthened, and amplified so that more people understand the importance of healthy eating.
“We hope these positive efforts can expand across Indonesia as part of our educational mission. Moreover, chicken protein is accessible, affordable, and a high-energy source,” he concluded. TS-01
