TDR has once again held the TDR Trackday 2025 at Pertamina Mandalika International Circuit in The Mandalika, Central Lombok, NTB. This event provides a high-performance riding experience for the automotive community, professional racers, and motorcycle enthusiasts, allowing them to sharpen their skills while exploring the latest innovations from TDR. Beyond being a platform for technological exploration, the event also plays a crucial role in technical preparations for MotoGP 2025 – Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia (IndonesianGP), which will take place on October 3-5, 2025.
As part of the circuit’s operational readiness, TDR Trackday 2025 includes comprehensive system trials, such as digital flag operations, timing sensor testing, marshal coordination, and inspections of various safety systems and supporting facilities. These steps are taken to ensure that Pertamina Mandalika International Circuit is fully prepared to host a world-class racing event.
The event features several top Indonesian racers, including Hendriansyah, Nelson Cairoli, Jayadi, Sudarmono, Sigit PD, Florianus Roy, Rey Ratukore, Reynaldi Pradhana, Joshua Mbeo, M. Haikal, Arkana, Ahmad Marta, Rakha Bima, and Wahyu Nugroho. Two promising young talents, Giovanni Cornelius (11 years old) and I Gede Bagus Anresangsya Yudhistira Mahayasa (12 years old), also participate. International freestyle rider Wawan Tembong joins the event with his spectacular stunts.
Priandhi Satria, President Director of MGPA, the managing body of Pertamina Mandalika International Circuit, emphasizes that TDR Trackday 2025 is a key moment in ensuring the circuit’s technical and operational readiness. He states, “By testing various systems and equipment early, we can ensure that Pertamina Mandalika International Circuit is ready to welcome IndonesianGP 2025 and provide the best experience for racers and spectators.”
During the event, marshals and technical teams undergo on-track training to handle various race scenarios. Additionally, race control, timekeeping, and track communication systems are tested to ensure the smooth execution of IndonesianGP 2025. TS-01
