Guests can choose between two dining atmospheres: a bright, welcoming front area, or a semi-indoor space overlooking the hotel’s main pool. Together, they capture the essence of Bali—authentic yet dynamic—while setting the stage for an unforgettable dining experience.

Signature Dishes: From “Rijstaffel Ajengan Bali” to Nasi Besek

The culinary spotlight at Djaman Doeloe shines on menus designed to evoke Indonesia’s diverse flavors. The highlight, Rijstaffel Ajengan Bali, pays homage to the Dutch-era dining tradition while presenting a Balinese twist—featuring a rich spread of local favorites like Tum Ayam, Ayam Sere Lemo, and skewered Sate.
