Marriott Business Council Bali has officially launched Road To Give 2025, the annual charity initiative that unites more than 30 Marriott International properties across three iconic destinations: Bali, Lombok, and Labuan Bajo.
Part of Marriott International’s global movement, Road To Give encourages associates, guests, and the public to “move with purpose”—whether by running, walking, or cycling—while supporting local communities. Beyond promoting wellness, the event raises funds to improve access to education and clean energy in underprivileged areas.
Three Destinations, One Purpose
• Lombok – September 28, 2025 at Sheraton Senggigi Beach Resort. A 3K Charity Walk combined with a beach and roadside cleanup to promote environmental stewardship.
• Bali – October 11, 2025 at Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK) Cultural Park. Featuring a 5K Race Run, a 2K Fun Run for families, F&B stalls, music, and vibrant community activations.
• Labuan Bajo – October 18, 2025 at TA’AKTANA, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa. A 5K Run designed to bring together associates, local partners, and the wider community.
Funds raised from Road To Give 2025 in Indonesia will support two non-profit partners: Bali Children Foundation, providing education for underprivileged children in Bali and Lombok, and Solar Chapter, which delivers solar-powered water and lighting systems to remote villages in East Nusa Tenggara.
More Than Just a Run
“Road To Give is where wellbeing meets purpose. By moving together, we’re building stronger communities while extending our impact beyond ourselves,” said Franklyn Kocek, Chairman of Road To Give 2025 Bali and Multi-Property GM of Four Points by Sheraton Bali Seminyak & Fairfield by Marriott South Kuta.
Echoing the message, I Wayan Raksa, GM of Renaissance Bali Uluwatu Resort & Spa and Co-chair of Marriott Business Council Bali, added:
“Road To Give reflects Marriott’s spirit of service. Collaboration across 30 properties shows how collective action can drive long-term positive change.”
Hosting the Bali leg at GWK Cultural Park, Andre Prawiradisastra, Division Head of Marketing Communications, emphasized:
“By opening our cultural space, we are not only providing a venue but also fostering a spirit of philanthropy and togetherness.”
How to Join or Donate
Supporters can register for the runs or contribute by joining the online charity auction, featuring luxury stays at Marriott International hotels across Asia, including Japan, Thailand, Malaysia, and India. The auction runs until October 31, 2025, 8 PM (GMT+8) at bit.ly/RTG2025BaliAuction.
