Ubud, todaysSpill.com –
In celebration of Saraswati Day, Sthala, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Ubud Bali, will host a special event titled Evening Melodies: A Dine with Balawan on Saturday, September 6, 2025.

Batuan Ethnic Fusion
This harmonious evening will feature Bali’s very own fingerstyle guitar maestro, I Wayan Balawan, renowned for blending modern jazz with traditional Indonesian music. Together with his group, Batuan Ethnic Fusion, Balawan will entertain the audience with a unique fusion of gamelan melodies, jazz, and world rhythms—highlighted by his signature five-neck guitar performance.
“Music is boundless knowledge, just like Goddess Saraswati, the goddess of wisdom. Through this event, I want to share the harmony born from diversity,” said Balawan.
In addition to the musical performance, guests will enjoy an exclusive buffet dinner crafted by Executive Chef Aris Supriyanto, combining the flavors of international cuisine with traditional Indonesian dishes, creating a dining experience that perfectly complements the artistic ambiance.
Tickets are priced at IDR 650,000 nett per person, inclusive of a welcome drink and buffet dinner. Early bird bookings made before August 23, 2025 are eligible for a special rate of IDR 520,000 nett.
