Bali Collection is continuing its transformation to strengthen its appeal as an integrated tourism destination in Nusa Dua. Through the development of Block C, which embraces the concept of an Indonesian Cultural Block, the destination will introduce a new space that combines culture, entertainment, culinary experiences, and lifestyle offerings, creating a fresh attraction for both domestic and international visitors.
The expansion is part of Bali Collection’s ongoing transformation to reinforce its position as one of Bali’s leading lifestyle, retail, and cultural destinations.
Following the challenges faced by the tourism industry during the pandemic, Bali Collection has gradually regained its momentum. Rising visitor numbers, the arrival of new tenants, and an increasing variety of community and cultural events reflect the destination’s strong recovery.
Bali Collection is now entering its next phase of development through the construction of Block C. Unlike the existing areas, the new block will offer experiences that go beyond the traditional role of a shopping center. Visitors will enjoy cultural performance venues, family attractions, experiential concepts, as well as an expanded selection of culinary and lifestyle offerings.
The development is part of Bali Collection’s long-term vision to create a destination that seamlessly integrates retail, culture, entertainment, dining, and community activities within a single vibrant precinct.
Stella Kohdong, General Manager of Commercial Property at PT Jakarta Setiabudi Internasional (JSI), said Bali Collection was never intended to be merely a shopping destination, but rather a place where visitors can experience the true character and essence of Bali.
“From the very beginning, Bali Collection has been more than just a shopping destination. It is a place where visitors can experience the character and essence of Bali in one location. Over the past few years, we have continued to strengthen our tenant mix, enhance visitor experiences, and expand our destination programs. The development of Block C marks the next chapter in Bali Collection’s journey and will create new opportunities for visitors, brands, and the community in Nusa Dua,” Stella said.

Located in the internationally renowned tourism enclave of Nusa Dua, Bali Collection is a popular destination for guests staying at many of Bali’s world-class hotels and resorts. The open-air lifestyle destination offers a unique blend of shopping, dining, entertainment, and cultural experiences in a comfortable, pedestrian-friendly environment.
Block C is scheduled to open at the end of the first quarter of 2027. It is expected to become a new activity hub within Bali Collection, offering fresh experiences for visitors while creating new business opportunities for brands, operators, and business partners in Nusa Dua.
As Bali’s tourism industry continues to grow, Bali Collection remains committed to enhancing the visitor experience while celebrating the culture, hospitality, and spirit of Bali that have made the island one of the world’s most admired destinations.
Managed by PT Bali Nusadewata Village (BNV), a subsidiary of PT Jakarta Setiabudi Internasional Tbk (JSI), Bali Collection continues to strengthen its position as an open-air lifestyle destination that connects visitors with Bali’s rich cultural heritage while embracing contemporary experiences.
Established in 1975, JSI has built a diverse portfolio spanning hospitality, residential, office, and retail developments across Indonesia. With more than five decades of experience, the company continues to develop distinctive destinations that create long-term value for communities, business partners, and shareholders.
