A rare opportunity for Indonesian culinary enthusiasts is now available in Kuta. Fairfield by Marriott Bali Kuta Sunset Road presents an exclusive collaboration with Mangut Lele Mbok Marto, bringing the authentic taste of Yogyakarta to Jejaton Restaurant for a limited time.
Running from April 24 to May 10, 2026, this special culinary program features the iconic Mangut Lele, known for its rich combination of savory, spicy, and smoky flavors. Prepared using traditional recipes, the dish offers not only a delicious meal but also an authentic dining experience.

The collaboration is part of Jejaton Restaurant’s quarterly culinary program, which aims to highlight Indonesia’s diverse traditional cuisines. Through this initiative, Jejaton has partnered with various renowned local restaurants to present authentic regional dishes while introducing the richness of Indonesian flavors to its guests.
